I do the top rack and bottom rack, inside and outside, on both sides of the slide room. 8 Gibs in total, plus the bearing/coupler at the bottom of each motor, inside the black plastic. Lookup "My RV Works" with Darren for a better demonstration

I agree, yes we can order from Amazon but I’d rather buy locally. Sooooo, why CRC? WD40 has a slide lube with PTFE & I bought it. Now I’m hearing from Lippert that Schwintek slides don’t need lubricating as maintenance.

Hello again, usually the standard King mattress size is 76" x 80". We suggest measuring your current mattress and seeing what size it is. If it is the standard king size of 76" x 80" it could be swapped out, but there would be a three inch overhang on two sides due to the current mattress on the bed frame being 70" x 80". It appears to nestle into a hole in the motor. Lippert told me it was aluminum and I could break it from the inside since my slide was stuck closed - NOT!! I got it out another way and its a steel screw, zinc coated, all the way.

Got same problem slide all the way in.can u give an idea how u got yours out?

@@iMakos101 That is what some techs said they would do. I have an attitude tou hauler 3322SAG. I was able to get mine open about a 1-2" they I got a super small right angle driver and was able to get it out. Its just a pressure fit onto the motor so it stays put. I finally have mine in the shop for repair. I think the post in the wall is jammed up or a key holding two parts of the shaft sheared off? Dunno yet..... IT IS NOT AN ALUMANUM BREAKABLE SCREW - Lipper told be to just break it with the motor from the inside but its definitely to breakable aluminum. The Lipper help is miserable and they have no clue. Its a crap design too bein able to have this thing stuck in - Better than stuck out though...

@@victorburns3620 I had to drill through the corner of my slide with a hole saw to get the screw. Once the screw was out I could lift the motor and easily push the slide out. There is a cover I put back over where I cut so it's no problem

You never want to lubricate the rails, just keep clean with mild soap and water

I have that exact problem.....

Why don't the have a hole where the screw is with a painted cap or stripped cap so you can Always get to that screw....

My issue is the slide is out of "timing" after 10 short camping trips and no one around will fix it...... Open to reasonable suggestions...

NOBODY want to touch it either. They refuse to work on any of this Schwintek stuff. Dumb design you cannot service this when it fails closed.

Took hours of fiddling with it.
